Solar Panel Cleaning

Are you cleaning your panels regulary with a hose but your output efficiency seems to be falling. Is it down 5% or more from last year? Are you running at a  lower efficiency than you want to be?  A professional cleaning maybe needed. We offer a purified water soft brush cleaning that wont damage your panels and should improve your efficiency at minimum 3-5%.  

Awning Cleaning 

 Protect your investment. Fabric awnings will tend to allow the growth of algea, moss and lichen which will discolor and degrade the fabric over time. Having a yearly cleaning can extend the life of a fabric awning for many years.

Gutter Cleaning

Gutter replacement is much more expensive than gutter cleaning. Gutters should be cleaned once per year. For some obvious reasons, leaves, sticks and shingle grit build up and can lead to a clogged gutter. Clogged gutters tend to fill with water which may over flow and run back into the house or the gutter may tear off the house. It tends to be an even bigger problem in the winter when they freeze, once frozen cleaning may not be possible. 

Softwashing

Soft washing is the preffered method of roof cleaning on shingle and metal roofs. Softwashing is a low pressure chemical cleaning that will kill algea lichen and moss that will damage shingles overtime. Softwashing in an economic way to extend the life of your roof and it will brighten the color of the shingles as well as reverse most of the discoloration caused by the plant life. It is a better option than pressure cleaning when is comes to house siding, and is safe for brick and stone.
