Window Cleaning

Standard Residential Window Cleaning includes both sides of glass, tracks dusted and sills wiped down. We offer a high quality cleaning, no streaks, no finger prints and water soluble debris removal are included with every cleaning. A walkthrough will be performed before and after cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction. Minimum cleaning charge of $150 for residential cleaning. First time cleanings may include the removal of a small amounts of non soluble debris such as paint, light amounts of hard water build up/ yard chemical build up, glue, and silicone. LARGE or ABNORMAL, covering the majority of the glass, amounts of debris such as paint, glue, silicone, yard chemicals, hard water buildup, biological debris or any concrete on glass will increase the cost of cleaning. As removal of such can exponentially increase the time it takes to clean. We reserve the right not to clean any window that is broken or does not function. Please use the Contact Us tab above for your free estimate.

Screen Repair

Screen repair starting at just $20 per screen. 

Service minimums may apply.

Pricing starting $125.

To avoid risk of damage we use a low pressure chemical cleaning on all cloth awings.
